I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was just perfect, not too close to the Mariscal area to be noisy, but not too far away to be inconvenient. The rooms were very clean and facing the big road, which was a bit of a downside for noise but they were still cozy. The staff here were incredibly accommodating and extremely helpful, especially when I needed a doctor to visit my room on a Sunday morning. The dining experience was delightful with fresh fruit and delicious bread. Overall, a great value for the money.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, despite being on the smaller side and facing a busy road, were surprisingly clean, which I appreciated. However, they tended to be very cold, making my stay less cozy than I had hoped. The location was a definite highlight, striking a good balance between accessibility to the fun quarter and the historic town center in Quito.
While the rooms tend to be on the smaller side, my stay on the upper floors at 3:00 AM was also very quiet, comfortable, and highly efficient. The service was exceptional, with staff being very accommodating and going above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The location was perfect, not too close to the Mariscal area to be noisy but not too far away to be inconvenient. The dining experience was delightful, with fresh fruit and delicious bread. Overall, a great value for money option in Quito.
